Context - In this passage the author tells about the meaning and recognition of the name Saheb.
Explanation - The author is telling in this excerpt that she has known the boy sahib for a long time and then asks his name and he gets 'Saheb-e-Alam'. Saheb is an illiterate and young boy and does not know the meaning of his name. The authors imagine that if Saheb would know the meaning of his name - Lord of the Universe, he would not be able to believe it. Completely clueless, unaware of the meaning of his name, he wanders about in the streets with his friends. They appear like birds of the morning, an army of barefoot boys and disappear in the afternoon. And as the months passed, Anees Jung began to recognize them all.

Explanation- The author tells that she has been watching those barefoot rag pickers for the past several days and then she reaches Seemapuri, which is situated on the periphery of Delhi, which is not so close to her. It is at some distance from Delhi. She traces the people living there who had settled there for their livelihood. He came from Bangladesh in 1971. The author found that Saheb's family also works as a waste picker. Seemapuri was not developed and remains so at present, but it is found to be overcrowded as thousands of people started living there.

Context- In this quote the author talks about the importance of research in the lives of the rag pickers because for elders it is a livelihood and for children, it is something wonderful.
Explanation- The writer notes the words of the Saheb because he finds money and sometimes ten rupee notes in the rubbish. Sir's eyes gleam at this. He compares coins with silver coins because he is very poor. He says that when something is found, the curiosity to search increases further. Hence the investigation is on. But for the parents. This dream seems unfulfilled as bangles are everywhere in Firozabad and she has no recourse for any other profession. Every other family in Firozabad is engaged in making bangles. Firozabad is the center of India's glass blowing industry. for the past several generations. Families work around furnaces

Context- In this passage, the author tells about the irony that the supply of bangles in the whole country remains foodless at times.
Explanation- The author states that the families engaged in making bangles are unable to do any other business because they do not have money. They do not even have food to eat, only spiral rings are found in every house. The younger generation is unable to think other than this as they have to walk like the elders. Time has not contributed so much to change. Even after years, Firozabad seems irreplaceable. Due to pressure, paucity of money and years of overly painstaking work around furnaces, no one dreams and thinks of anything new for the future.
